That the Golden Retriever puppy has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian and was found to be in good health!
That reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring hereditary defects of the hips, elbows and heart. However due to unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such defects, no guarantee will be given against them.
The buyer agrees that their puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. If the puppy is returned due to illness, a verified letter from the vet in writing is required and to be confirmed. This includes death or illness from any health condition deemed present prior to removal from Snowy River Golden Retrievers premises.
In the case of death or illness
From any health condition deemed present prior, verified by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt after removal from Snowy River Golden Retrievers premises, purchase price of the Golden Retriever puppy shall be refunded or replacement puppy if one available from current litter or the next litter will be given.
Golden Retriever Buyer Agree's To All Of The Following Listed Below
That the said puppy or dog will be given proper medical care including, but not limited to vaccinations and annual boosters, be placed on heartworm preventative. adequate and proper shade and housing in a fenced in yard or kennel.
That the buyer agrees that the puppy or dog will not be bred, pet only and will be spayed or neutered at the age recommended by their veterinarian.
That the buyer will groom, train and care for this puppy or dog in a manner consistent with high quality animal husbandry practices.
All Veterinarian fees and expenses shall be the responsibility of the buyer
Under no circumstances shall Snowy River Golden Retrievers Vanessa or David Sturgill be held responsible for any expenses for a puppy or dog not in the possession of Snowy River Golden Retrievers.
All disputes will be handled under the laws and jurisdiction of Kentucky in Superior Court of Garrard County, Kentucky.
That the buyer will use the prefix Snowy River at the beginning of the puppy or dog AKC Registered name along with any other specific themes or words requested by the breeder.
That the dog or puppy will not be used in any purposes such as research or vivisection (research done on live animals) and shall not be sold or given to any wholesale establishments, chain store, catalog sales house, pet store or puppy mill.
That this puppy or dog will never be surrendered to any humane society, animal rescue group or animal shelter.

If you adopt one of our beautiful golden retriever puppies for sale and can no longer provide the necessary care for you fur-baby and need to rehome them? Snowy River Golden Retrievers must be contacted and given exclusive rights in retaining possession of your Golden Retriever puppy!
