THIS CONTRACT CERTIFIES THAT :
WAS BRED TO :
CONDITIONS STUD OWNER AGREES TO :
1. Provide bitch owner with a complete 4 generation pedigree of the dog.
2. Take normal care of the bitch while in our charge.
3. Have the Stud dog in good physical condition and current
brucellosis test.
4. Sign litter promptly return to bitch owner.
5. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating. at no charge.To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing. not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service. the stud owner or agent reserves the right to a different stud to the bitch owner.
6. Provide the bitch owner With a written for the stud service
and a record ot the breeding dates.
CONDITIONS BITCH OWNER AGREES TO :
1. Pay the agreed stud service fee $__________ (Cash) before the bitch is serviced. (Boarding of up to 3 days is included in the stud fee. Owner of female must provide food for the duration of stay.)
2. Provide a 4 generation pedigree before servicing.
3. Provide veterinary certificate of current clear Brucellosis test and Up to Date shot record.
4. Send bitch in good health and in season.
5. Only one litter registration will be signed by stud owner.
6. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.
7. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating season is finished.
8. Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs.
9. Agrees not to sell puppies whelped from this breeding with breeders rights. Means have to be marked on AKC transfer with Limited registration only or will be in breach of contract.
DISCLAIMER :
1. One puppy born alive or dead constitutes a litter. However, if only one puppy results from this mating, a return service will be provided at no charge to this same bitch at her next heat, or within one year, provided all conditions of this contract have been met.
2. If the Bitch fails to conceive on the Return Service, this contract is terminated.
DISCLAIMER :
Owner of female will not hold owner(s) of stud dog liable for the loss or injury of their golden retriever or for any medical problems in the resultant litter. Owner of the stud dog will not be held responsible to any injury sustained during the mating process.
